All transactions are subject to physical verification and purity testing of the gold at the time of the transaction.

3. Gold Valuation & Pricing

Gold prices fluctuate daily based on market rates. Any indicative price quoted on our website or over phone/WhatsApp is for reference only and does not constitute a binding offer.

The final price offered for your gold is determined at the time of physical valuation, based on:

  • The current gold market rate on the date of transaction
  • The purity (karat) of your gold as determined by our certified testing process
  • The net weight of the gold content

You are under no obligation to accept our offer. Transactions are completed only with your explicit consent.

4. Doorstep Service

Our doorstep service is available across Tamil Nadu. By requesting a doorstep visit, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and address information
  • Ensure you are the legal owner of the gold being evaluated
  • Be present (or have an authorised adult representative present) at the time of the visit

We reserve the right to decline a doorstep visit at our discretion.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to sell gold through our services. By using our services, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the gold and have full authority to sell it.

We comply with all applicable laws regarding the purchase of second-hand gold, including KYC requirements as mandated by the Government of India.

6. KYC & Documentation
